C.T. Reed School Uniform Initiative
"The Catherine T. Reed PTA sponsored the school uniform initiative. The initiative consisted of a school interest survey and an official voting process (January - May 2014)."
49% of C.T. Reed community responded. Of those responses 76.73% were in favor and 23.27% were against.
"Due to the number and percentage of votes casted in the affirmative, Catherine T. Reed Elementary School has met the eligibility criteria established by Prince George's County Public Schools to activate a mandatory school uniform policy."
